General Rental Conditions
DRIVER LICENSE AND AGE LIMITATIONS:
To rent a car, you must be over the age of 23 and have a group B driving license for at least 1 year. The condition of being over 23 years of age can be rented by taking the young driver fee for middle and upper class vehicles, provided that the condition remains constant and the license period is complied with.
In order to use the Young Driver Fee application, the conditions listed below and in the table must be met.
In order to rent vehicles in the economic (A, B, N, F) group, it is required to be at least 23 years old and have a driving license for 1 year. People between the ages of 19-23 and who have a 1-year driving license can rent a car from the economic group by paying the Young Driver fee.
In order to rent vehicles in the middle (D, G, H, O, M) group, you must be at least 25 years old and have a 2-year driving license. People who are between the ages of 23-25 and have a driver's license for 2 years can rent a car from the middle group by paying the Young Driver fee.
In order to rent vehicles in the upper (J, C, E, K, L, P, I) group, you must be at least 27 years old and have a 3-year driving license. People who are between the ages of 23-27 and have a 3-year driver's license can rent a car from the upper group by paying the Young Driver fee.

RENTAL PERIOD:
Car rental minimum duration is 24 hours for daily rentals and 30 days for monthly rentals.
ISSUES AND NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:
In the daily car rental service, Damage Liability Assurance, Theft Assurance and 18% Value Added Tax are included in the price. The mileage usage right is unlimited with the minimum limit of 30 days. The mileage fee varies on a group basis and you can get detailed information from our reservation center or our offices. Fuel, Personal Accident Assurance, Mini Damage Assurance, Voluntary Liability Assurance, One-Way Fee, Delivery / Receipt Fee (between 0-26 km) according to office availability, Baby Seat, Navigation, Bridge and Highway Crossing with Additional Driver Device- Card Usage Fee is calculated separately. The delivery of the vehicles to the customer is made with a full tank of gasoline. For vehicles returned with missing or empty tank fuel, the fuel difference will be charged together with the service fee. The mileage right for monthly rentals is limited to 3000 km. The mileage fee varies on a group basis. You can get detailed information from our reservation center or our offices.
ONE WAY FEES:
In case the vehicle is picked up from one city and returned to another city, the one-way fee stipulated by ATOMCAR is applied. Fee information varies on an office basis and can be viewed during the reservation phase. You can get detailed information by calling our Reservation Center.
ADDITIONAL DRIVER SERVICE:
In order for the vehicle to be used by people and / or persons other than the renter, it is possible by adding the Driver's License information of the additional driver to the Lease Agreement with an additional fee. In case of any accident by the user or users who are not included in the lease contract, all guarantees are deemed invalid and both the renter and the person / persons who use the vehicle are held individually and jointly responsible. VEHICLE RETURN PERIOD:
For delays of up to 3 hours in the return of the vehicles, 1/3 of the rental price applied in the contract for each hour, and 1-day rental price is collected for delays exceeding 3 hours.
TERMS OF PAYMENT :
The total rental amount and security deposit are collected at the beginning of the rental with the credit card of the person who rented the vehicle. There is no cash payment, debit and virtual card application. In the M, D, J, E, P, L and K vehicle groups, double credit cards of different banks must be presented.
The lease agreement is opened during the lease and is regulated according to the laws and practices of the lease country. ATOMCAR General Rental Conditions apply for leases to be made.
The difference in the invoice amount that may occur at the end of the rental will be collected or refunded at the rental point. The credit card holder must be present at the time of rental. It cannot be leased with someone else's credit card. In addition to the rental fee, a certain amount of deposit is collected from the credit card presented by the customer according to the brand and model of the vehicle to be rented. For this reason, it is necessary to have limit availability (equal to the total cost of rent and deposit). The amount collected as a deposit is paid at the end of the rental, if any, for additional services, guarantees, missing fuel, damage, penalty, etc. The fees that are not included in the reservation will be refunded to the same card after deducting them. Deposit refunds are reflected on your credit card within 3-5 business days after the refund is processed due to internal bank communication.
PREPAID (ONLINE) RESERVATION CONDITIONS:
"Online Immediate Payment" indicates that the rental fee and the selected additional service fees will be paid online. If you want to purchase other services in addition to leasing, the cost of these services can be paid at the sales office when receiving the vehicle. Due to 3D security, it is not mandatory for the card holder and the reservation owner to be the same person during the online payment, and it is necessary to present a credit card belonging to him during the lease and the deposit must be processed.
If ATOMCAR cannot perform the rental service due to reasons related to it, the entire amount previously paid by the customer will be refunded.
ATOMCAR Prepaid Reservation Forms, which show a prepaid amount, replace the payments of prepaid reservations only the amounts written on the reservation form for rentals to be made at ATOMCAR rental locations.
Additional services and guarantees that the customer may request at the beginning of the lease or in the process, and fuel, one-way etc. does not include expenditure costs. For other services, assurances, spending or traffic fines and damages that are not included in the amount written in the Pre-Paid Reservation Forms (in cases where the conditions stated in the lease agreement and in the case of accident and theft section are not fulfilled), our customers must submit their credit card during the rental.
During the reflection of the payments made to the credit card of our customers, all kinds of commissions, exchange differences, service fees etc. The prices are out of the responsibility of the ATOMCAR brand.
ONLINE PAYMENT RESERVATION RENTAL CONDITIONS:
Rental day, time, vehicle information cannot be updated or changed for pre-paid reservations. If you want to make a reservation, cancellation of the reservation is required. The cancellation - refund conditions stated below apply. After the cancellation, a new prepaid reservation can be made according to the desired change.
The discount earned through prepaid reservation cannot be combined with another campaign.
In a rental made with a prepaid reservation, if the rental period exceeds the return date specified on the reservation form, the additional fee that will occur when the rental agreement is extended is collected from the credit card submitted by our customer at the beginning of the rental from the ATOMCAR List prices valid on the date of the extension.
In prepaid reservations, the vehicles belonging to our customers will be kept for 2 hours from the pickup time, and our customers will be able to receive their vehicles within these two hours. After 2 hours, the reservation will be automatically canceled by the system and the fee will not be refunded.
In prepaid reservations, after the delivery of the vehicle, the days not used by the customer are not refunded.
The refund of Prepaid Reservations will be reflected on your card between 3-5 business days depending on the density of the Bank's transaction.
In order for the vehicles to be delivered to our customers in Prepaid Reservations, the General Rental Conditions and the following conditions must be fulfilled. If the following conditions are not met, the vehicle will not be allocated and no refund will be made.

The provision amount, which varies according to the rental and vehicle group, must be obtained from the personal credit card. The name and surname of the person who will make the rental must be on the credit card.
In addition to the rental fee, there must be sufficient limit availability for the deposit amount to be placed on the credit card.
The person who will receive the vehicle must present his driver's license and his / her credit card to the ATOMCAR office.
In order for middle and upper segment leasing to be realized, 2 credit cards belonging to different banks must be presented.
Foreign drivers are obliged to present their passports to the office they will rent.
CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION, RETURN OF COLLECTION, CHANGE OF RESERVATION, ADMINISTRATIVE FEES, DAYS NOT USED AND EXTENSION OF RENTAL:
Cancellation and Refund Conditions:
• For pre-paid reservations, cancellations made 2 hours before vehicle delivery will not be refunded.
• In prepaid reservations, the vehicles belonging to our customers will be kept waiting for 2 hours from the pickup time, and our customers will be able to receive their vehicles within these two hours. After 2 hours, the reservation will be automatically canceled by the system and the fee will not be refunded.
• The number of days left in the early delivery of the vehicle is not refunded.
• Foreign drivers are obliged to present their passports to the office they will rent, otherwise the prepayment amount will not be refunded.
• Refunds for Prepaid Reservations will be reflected on your card between 3-5 business days depending on the density of the Bank's transaction.

Reservation Change:
Changes cannot be made to a prepaid reservation. If you want to make a reservation change, the reservation must be canceled and the cancellation - refund conditions written above apply. After the cancellation, a new prepaid reservation can be made according to the desired change.
Unused Days:
If the vehicle is returned before the date specified in the reservation form after the rental starts, no refunds will be made for unused days. If the customer does not pick up the vehicle on the date and time specified in the reservation form despite the prepaid reservation, the amount of the prepayment collected will not be refunded.
Extension of Rental:
In a rental made with a prepaid reservation, if the rental period exceeds the return date specified on the reservation form, the additional fee that will occur when the rental agreement is extended is collected from the credit card submitted by our customer at the beginning of the rental from the ATOMCAR List prices valid on the date of the extension.
TRAFFIC FINES:
All kinds of liability and financial traffic fines arising from non-compliance with the applicable traffic laws belong to the user. Traffic and illegal bridges, highway crossing fines, which occur during the rental period of the vehicle but reach us after the end of the lease, are collected from the person and / or company specified in the lease agreement. The time that will pass due to the fact that the vehicles are kept by official or local authorities for whatever reason is accepted within the term of the contract. In traffic fines written on the plate, the traffic ticket is paid at a discount when notified to us and is collected from the credit card of our customers; Simultaneously, the service fee for the traffic ticket is applied.
AIRPORT SERVICE FEE:
For rentals made from Atatürk Airport International Terminal, the Airport Service Fee can be calculated separately. You can call our Reservation Center or Sales Office for the price.
OTHER SERVICES:

IMPORTANT NOTES:
In the event of an accident, it is obligatory to keep an accident report in accordance with the shape of the accident without changing the location of the vehicle, or to obtain accident, theft and alcohol detection reports by applying to the nearest police or gendarmerie station, and to inform the Full Support Line on 0 506 686 96 46, which serves 24/7. . - Please make sure that the vehicle delivery and receipt form is filled and mutually signed at the beginning of the rental and during its return.
- To extend the rental period, to inform / change the return time and date, please call the office where you rented or our reservation center.
- In case of an accident, breakdown of the vehicle or any need for support during rental, the Full Support Line should be called 444 0 996.
- In case of periodic maintenance mileage of the vehicle during your use, please call our Full Support Line so that you can continue your journey safely.
- In the event that the vehicle is hit or stolen ONE SIDED, the accident, theft and alcohol detection reports must be obtained by applying to the nearest police or gendarmerie station without changing the location of the (vehicle). In DOUBLE-SIDED accidents, except for the cases stated in the following articles, drivers are obliged to fill in the Material Damage Accident Determination Record as indicated on the report, depending on the type of accident. In double-sided accidents, the traffic accident report is issued by the traffic police only in the following cases.
- If a motor vehicle without a driver's license is used,
- If the driver is under age,
- If the driver has alcohol or mental health suspicion,
- If one of the vehicles involved in the accident belongs to public institutions,
- If damage occurs to property belonging to public institutions,
- If the belongings of only third persons are damaged in the traffic accident,
- If one of the vehicles involved in the accident does not have traffic security,
- If the traffic accident resulted in death and / or bodily harm.
ASSURANCES:
An explanation about our assurances is given below. Explanations are for general and information purposes. ATOMCAR reserves the right to change this information in time. The guarantees included in your reservation are included in your price offer and / or reservation confirmation.
You can purchase guarantees that are not included in your prices from our sales offices at the beginning of the rental. You can also get detailed information about valid limits from our sales offices.
Voluntary Liability Assurance (LI- SLI): These are the guarantees that cover damages given to third parties.
Mini Damage Assurance (SCDW): It is the assurance of repair with customer statement for damages below the amount determined by ATOMCAR.
Personal Accident Assurance (PAI): It is an assurance that guarantees the driver and the people inside the vehicle within the security limits. It is calculated based on the number of seats in the vehicle.
