1. Is There an Age Restriction?

Yes, there is at least 23 years of age and a valid driver's license for 2 years is required.

2. Can you go abroad with vehicles?

No, our vehicles cannot be taken abroad.

3. What will happen if I had an accident with the vehicle?

In the event of an accident with the vehicle, you should immediately inform us and keep an accident report, in which case you will not have any responsibility.

4. The car broke down. What should I do?

Please contact our office immediately, the staff will guide you and send you roadside assistance. If there is a fault that will be fixed in a short time, the solution of the problem will be provided. If there is a process that will take a long time, you will be allocated a new vehicle (depending on availability), in this case, if there is a user error in the vehicle, the cost and the fee of the given vehicle are also requested. Otherwise, nothing will be claimed from the tenant.

5. Is there a mileage limit on the vehicle we rented?
